Choosing for example New Delhi as location shows Max temp 42 degrees, but then running Summer/Cooling design case the max temp day shows only 34 degrees for the outdoor temperature. Why?

This is because the hottest outdoor day didn't result in the highest amount of room cooling. The sun was lower on the sky on the 34 degree day and it required more room cooling.

In full ESBO, you can select to run only a specific hot month, and thereby bypass the algorithm that finds the worst month in terms of cooling power. In ESBO Light, this facility does not exist, but you can define your own design day climate data in the Location object, and thereby bypass the search.
