I have a question regarding primary energy vs delivered energy. How do you weigh district heating against a heat pump. I can see that lighting (electricity) has a primary energy factor 2 and district heating a factor 0.7. Where do these factors come from?
The primary energy factors are based on political decsision in different countries. The default factors in ESBO are from Finland.
