Yes, you also need to remove the chiller. In the default systems, there will be a cooling coil in the supply air and a water based chiller that serves this coil. In order to remove the cooling coil altogether, set the coil efficiency to zero. If you keep the coil and remove the chiller, the coil will still be cooling if there is some free cooling source, e.g. a borehole.
