How does the program handle the SFP value when you run with demand controlled ventilation?

The default air handling units of ESBO 1.1 handle fan control and system pressure drop in a very simplfied way and the savings from DCV (and VAV) in terms of fan power consumption are approximative. However, if you select a performance curve in the Fan input form, you will get some indication about saved fan power. The implemented method is the one recommended in ASHRAE 90.1.

The 90.1 comment is interesting. When ProUnit North America comes out, it should have this information. I already have consultants working on LEAD projects asking for this kind of information. Hope ESBO and ProUnit get linked up soon.
