Overlapping Components, how to solve?

Hello, I have a problem, when I try to calculate the cooling load I get the following error message: "Error: The objects "Window1681" and "surface-part1588" overlap." I don't understand which components are meant, as no windows and walls overlap in my model. How can the problem be solved?
