Can in ESBO calculate ventilated air gap in wall? This should be a reflected result in the annual energy simulation, because the walls will not heat up after the ventilated facade.

No, this is not possibe to model in ESBO, but if you set a higher value for “Shortwave reflectance” on the outside surface of the wall, you could at least reduce the solar heating of the wall.
